Silja Cup sizes

Silja Cup is available in four sizes, which are ideally tailored to the different needs of women. If you have never used a menstrual cup before, you can only focus on what other women in similar situations use. Unfortunately, nobody can make a personal prediction.

The better you know your female body, the better you know what will fit. Women who are well informed about the length of their cervix and the location of their cervix during menstruation can easily estimate the size they will need.

Silja Cup is designed for easy handling and perfect fit. It opens easily, even for women with a stronger pelvis. The different handles make removal easy. If you are a first time user, we suggest to get the ring handle.

Please note:

  • The recommendations given here are based exclusively on the experience of many menstrual cup users. These recommendations may assist you in your selection, but are not a guarantee.

  • The specified dimensions of the Silja Cup describe the diameter at the widest point of the edge and the length of the cup without handle.

  • The volume refers to the total capacity. A menstrual cup is not vertical in the woman's body but more or less oblique. In many women, the cervix with the cervix protrudes a bit into the menstrual cup during the period. Therefore, the full volume can not be used, but serves as a reference to other menstrual cups.
